Attending the event early or staying late requires AAR, LLC (the organization that puts on Burning Flipside) have access to your legal name. If you wish to sign up for any shifts that require Early Entry or Late Stay then you must provide this information. If you choose not to do so those shifts will be hidden from you.

Your name can be shown on the web version of the schedule (helpful if you want to sign up with your friends) or optionaly hidden. Your name will be on the copies of the schedule the leads can print out for on site use. How would you like your name shown on each schedule?

Any communications about your volunteer shift will go to the email address you have setup in your Flipside profile at profiles.burningflipside.com. If you want to use a different email you need to configure that in your profile.
